      In the era of knowledge economy, there are many changes in the requirement for talents. The competition of enterprises is driven by the competition of talents which focuses on the innovative experts. This groups of persons grasp advanced knowledge and skills as well as the capability of creation. However, the National Bureau of Statistics finds out that nearly half of the enterprises in China are lack of creative talents. How do companies develop and train the innovative talents they demand? How employees develop their awareness and ability of innovation according to the need of the labor market? The lecture will inspire you to think and give you some new ideas.

嘉賓介紹

      嚴(yán)誠(chéng)忠教授，全國(guó)人大代表，東華大學(xué)管理學(xué)院應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)學(xué)科教授，華東理工大學(xué)中澳MBA項(xiàng)目兼職教授，加拿大約克大學(xué)客座教授、香港城市大學(xué)商學(xué)院客座教授、澳大利亞TEI教育機(jī)構(gòu)顧問(wèn)。嚴(yán)誠(chéng)忠教授在英語(yǔ)教育界和經(jīng)濟(jì)界特別是人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)與管理領(lǐng)域享有卓著的聲望。參與開(kāi)發(fā)上海市高、中級(jí)口譯資格證書(shū)考試項(xiàng)目，擔(dān)任專(zhuān)家組的命題、主考與閱卷、口試等工作，編著英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)教程（高級(jí)）、（中級(jí)）以及相關(guān)輔導(dǎo)材料。在經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)領(lǐng)域出版專(zhuān)著教材和譯著約200萬(wàn)字，發(fā)表論文四十余篇。

About the Presenter

       Mr.YAN Chengzhong is the NPC deputy and the professor of Dong Hua University. He is also the adjunct professor of East China University of Science and Technology, Visiting professor of York University, Canada and City University Hong Kong and Australian TEI educational institutions Consultant. He hasextraordinary reputation in the research of English language education and human resource development.
